Welcome to Hong Kong Airlines’ Elevated Meal Pre-ordering Service. Exclusively for economy class customers, this service is available on flights departing from Hong Kong to Los Angeles, San Francisco and Vancouver, from 30 days before the flight right up to 48 hours before departure. It offers you the opportunity to pre-order and purchase an elevated dining experience more typically found in Business Class.

If you have ordered, or intend to order special meals, please do so through our Call Centre by calling +852 3916-3666 no later than 48 hours before your flight.

If you later decide to cancel your flight, your pre-ordered meal(s) will automatically be cancelled and non-refundable. If you later need to change the date of your flight, your pre-ordered meal(s) will automatically be cancelled and non-refundable. Unfortunately, the Elevated Meal Pre-ordering Service is not available on your re-scheduled flight at the moment.
